Healthy Eating: USDA Changes Food Pyramid

Unless you are hiding under a rock, you probably noticed that the USDA Food Pyramid got a face lift.  The new campaign to promote healthier eating is called My Plate and although it might not be a perfect plan, it is definitely a step in the right direction.  If nothing else, it’s a much easier visual to follow that that upside pyramid we tried to interpret for years.
