You know the place…the little bubble we build around ourselves where we function in an anxiety-neutral condition. A condition which allows us to use our regular behaviors, routines, and thoughts. The place where the same routines yield the same results along with a limited sense of risk. This place is our comfort zone. This place is dangerous and the Czar of our comfort zone is FEAR.
