If you are unsatisfied (aka…not happy) and need to return or exchange any unopened or unused item you can do so by emailing us here within 14 days to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and to receive return shipping instructions.
Please note that shipping fees (initial shipping and return shipping) are non refundable. All purchases on SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our return requirements listed below.

- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): An RMA number is required for ALL returns. Unsolicited or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: All approved items for return must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Original Condition: All items must be unopened, unused and unwashed.
- Purchased from Me Giant Online Store: Items not purchased directly through the Me Giant website are not accepted for return or exchange. If you purchased our merchandise from another retailer or online store, you should contact them directly for returns or refunds.
