We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. In-stock orders are processed and usually ship within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment receipt. Me Giant uses USPS and UPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the on-line shopping cart and vary depending on the total cost of your purchase.
Shipping FAQs:
- Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.
- Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box (a physical address is required).
- Items ordered together may ship separately due to customer orders and special care products.
- If your order is time sensitive, please contact via email here for alternative shipping options, rates and availability.
- Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska could take extra time for shipping and additional shipping fees may be required. We will contact to discuss shipping options.
- If your specified delivery location is not secure and you require a signature confirmation, please notify us immediately as we are not responsible for any package that is confirmed as delivered per the postal carrier.
- Returned or refused products that are not approved via our return requirements (see our return policy) will not be accepted and the customer is responsible for the cost of the reshipment.
Backorders: If a product is out of stock it is usually indicated on the website. If for some reason the product was not indicated as out-of-stock, we will contact you to discuss your order.
Order Status/Order Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.
